She understands the value of fostering a respectful, empathetic, and supportive environment. She is a firm believer in creating a safe, non-judgmental place where everyone can be their true selves and live their truth. She is a person with lived experience that deals with PTSD,OCD, ED and ADHD. She understands how difficult it can be to get through day-to-day activities, but she believes in everyone's strength and abilities to find what strategies help them best. She loves hiking, being in nature, anything artsy, listening to documentaries, and creative writing. Writing has been a big part of her healing journey, and even with dyslexia, she has found solace and a love for writing and journaling. She believes that there are multiple ways of approaching creativity and writing. She is currently in the process of writing her book. She is a compassionate, caring, and empathetic person who believes everyone is capable of living a wonderful life. She believe that everyone belongs, matters, and deserves support and community
