Cortney runs this group every Tuesday at 7:30am ET
If you are struggling with feelings of overwhelm, brain fog, or just feeling stuck and stagnant, this group is offered to help move you through to the next phase. During each session we will get together on our mats to find stillness and support. The first 30-45 min will be a gentle yoga flow followed by group discussion and peer support. As we say in yoga, "The issues are in the tissues" and this is a time to speak to the feelings, emotions, and ideas that come up during your practice.

Cortney Whitebay is an Exercise Physiologist currently living and working in the beautiful Hudson Valley of New York, USA. Her areas of focus are virtual personal training, in-home retreats, and somatic Business coaching. As an Exercise Physiologist she started her career in healthcare before creating her company, Hudson Valley Peak Performance; where she offers her one of a kind Somatic Business Coaching program, a blend of personal training and strategic business coaching. Cortney’s passion is being present and available for her clients as they walk through their journey. She focuses o n meeting her clients where they are with compassion and safety. Helping people heal from and prevent major injury/illness is the major tenant of HVPP’s mission. When she isn’t working with clients from 6-96, Cortney is a mother of three and loves going on adventures with her friends and family!
