Parenting a neurodivergent child comes with its own unique joys, challenges, and constant learning. Sophie was introduced to this world in 2021 when her son turned a year and a half. Since then, it’s been a journey filled with the unknown. Every doctor’s appointment, IEP meeting, and therapy session has been a learning experience, and there have been a lot of them. But she's learned just as much, if not more, from other parents and families walking a similar path.
There have been moments when she needed answers, encouragement, or just someone who gets it. And often, that understanding came from another parent who had been there too. That’s why she believes so deeply in the power of connection, coming together to share struggles, joys, milestones, and accomplishments. Her hope is that this group becomes a safe, welcoming space where all can support one another, share experiences, and remind one another that you're not alone on this journey. Together, all can celebrate progress in every form and find strength in knowing we’re all learning, growing, and thriving one step at a time
