Thriving After Cancer
This group is run every Wednesday at 6pm ET by Elena and every Thursday at Noon ET by Dasha
This group is a space for cancer survivors to come together and talk honestly about what that's actually like — the parts that don't fit neatly into a "you beat it!" narrative, be it body image, identity, personal relationships, emotional ups and downs. The process of figuring out who you are now and what it means to truly live. This is a space to be heard, connect with others who get it, and to find that you are not alone in what you’re carrying.
About the Moderators:
Dasha Bosaya dbosaya@gmail.com
Dasha is a certified mindset and life coach, group facilitator, and peer support mentor based in Ontario. She is also completing a diploma in psychosexual and relationship therapy (UK). Her work is rooted in a belief she has lived herself: that survival, as powerful and necessary as it is, is a starting point, not a destination.
She has earned what she calls her "black belts in resilience", lived through the kind of losses and upheavals that strip away everything familiar, and leave you wondering who you even are on the other side. She knows what it feels like to be dismantled, as well as what it takes to come back — more honest, grounded, and fully alive.
That is the space she holds for others: not just to survive what happened, but to find out who you are becoming because of it.
