India Peers- A Peer Support Group for the Indian Community
Welcome 🇮🇳

Manaswita runs her group every other Saturday at 11am ET
& Pihu runs her group the corresponding Saturdays at 11am ET

India Peers is a welcoming mental health peer support group created for members of the Indian community, wherever they may live. This is a safe, respectful, and confidential space where participants can connect with others who understand the unique experiences, cultural values, and challenges they may face. Whether you're navigating stress, anxiety, depression, relationships, family expectations, work, loneliness, grief, identity, or simply looking for connection, you're welcome here. There is no set agenda—participants are encouraged to share what is on their minds, offer mutual support, and learn from one another in a compassionate, judgment-free environment. You don't have to face life's challenges alone. Together, we listen, support, and grow
