Freeing Yourself From Dead Ends:
A Peer Support Group for Personal Growth
Welcome to Your Community
Sara runs this group one Thursday a month at 6:30pm ET
Are you feeling stuck, repeating old patterns, or sensing that something’s holding you back from living more freely and fully? This peer-led support group offers a space to explore the hidden barriers that keep us from growing—what we call DEAD ends: Desires, Expectations, Addictions, and Doubts.
These are the internal loops that can quietly limit our choices, relationships, and sense of peace. Together, we’ll use reflection, conversation, and shared insights to gently bring awareness to these patterns—not to judge ourselves, but to move with more intention, self-trust, and compassion.
This group is for anyone curious about:
-
Noticing how desire pulls us into fantasies, future-chasing, or comparison—and away from the present moment
-
Recognizing how addictive patterns (of thought, behavior, or substance) keep us in unhealthy loops
-
Releasing rigid expectations that lead to pressure, disappointment, or self-judgment
-
Meeting doubts with curiosity rather than fear, so they don’t silently control our actions
-
Cultivating awareness, self-kindness, and meaningful change from the inside out
Come as you are. We’ll grow from here.
