Figuring Out Who You Are
An Identity Focused Peer Support Group
Welcome
Matt runs this group every Tuesday at Noon ET
This peer-support group is a space to explore who you are and how you’ve been shaped by your experiences. Many of us carry expectations, roles, and patterns that don’t always feel like “us.” This group focuses on talking through those experiences, making sense of them, and reconnecting with what feels real and authentic.
There’s no pressure to have answers—just a space to show up, reflect, and be heard without judgment.
