Sara runs this group every Monday at 5:30pm ET
This space invites you to explore well-being from the inside out — through shared lived experience, reflective dialogue, and meditation-inspired practices. Together we discover strengths, unwind stress and habitual patterns, and build resilience that arises from connection and awareness.
Structure:
10 minutes for welcome and check-in
10-15 minutes of mediation practice
5-10 minutes to identify themes that arose from mediation and offer prompts for discussion
20-25 minutes group discussion and support
5-10 minutes on tools for integration
5-10 minute wrap up and send off
Each session gently balances:
Meditative grounding — simple practices to settle the body and mind.
Peer reflection — space to share and hear real stories without judgment.
Practical integration — tools and rhythms you can weave into everyday life.
This group is a peer support community — not therapy — where every voice is valued and everyone is welcome, no matter your meditation experience or where you are on your resilience journey.
