The group welcomes those seeking connection, understanding, and sustainable healing through shared support and mutual respect. The group discusses shared experiences of psychological harm while prioritizing emotional safety, respectful pacing, and personal choice. Through empathy, active listening, and a strengths-based lens, conversations that foster resilience without pressure, comparison, or re-traumatization. Shari focuses on holding a steady, ethical container—supporting regulation, guiding dialogue when needed, and helping maintain boundaries that protect both individuals and the group.

Shari is a certified Life Coach with postgraduate training in Social Work and serves as the peer support moderator for Building Emotional Resilience in the Face of Psychological Harm. Her approach is informed by social work principles that emphasize dignity, self-determination, ethical boundaries, and harm-reduction. Drawing from both professional training and lived experience as a survivor of narcissistic abuse and childhood trauma, Shari helps cultivate a space that is grounded, compassionate, and trauma-aware. Outside of moderation, Shari engages in genealogical research and neurodivergent advocacy.
