Are you a new mom who is adjusting to motherhood and always feeling needed? Do you feel like you've had to give up your own self-care since becoming a mom? This group will offer a safe space where your feelings are honoured. We focus on your well-being, keep you in tune with who you are, and connect you with other new moms going through the same thing as you. Ceyda runs this group every Monday at 8pm ET

Ceyda Seren is an Intuitive Coach and spiritual mentor who is certified in Rapid Transformation Therapy®, HeartHealing® and Transformational Coaching. For the last 12 years she has been studying human behaviour and spirituality, which led her to leave a 20+ year career in financial services and launch Happy Mom Revolution. She lives with her husband, two grade-school kids and their puppy in a small town a couple of hours outside of Toronto.
