Mindfulness and Mental Health Virtual Peer Support Group
Welcome to Your Community 

Mindfulness and Mental Health is a peer to peer support group led Noon ET Fridays by yoga, meditation and mindfulness instructor Abbey Morris. Each group session will begin with a brief mindfulness exercise to add to your coping toolbox, such as a breathing exercise, led by Abbey. The rest of the time will be dedicated to open discussion around how we can use these skills to cope out in the world and become more mindful.

Abbey Morris

Abbey is a registered Yoga & Meditation Instructor and Mindfulness Educator living in Niagara Ontario. Abbey's passion for supporting others and promoting a mindful lifestyle derives from the transformative healing potential she found through yoga & meditation while struggling with an eating disorder. She excels with supporting teens in finding a healthy way to engage in the world of social media.
