That’s it!

How is this all possible?

It’s all thanks to two wonderful organizations.

  • Our sponsor, The Heartwood House, provides non-profits like us here at Pay What You Can Peer Support the opportunity to work together to benefit people needing mental health support.

  • Our funder, the Ottawa Community Foundation, works with non-profits and the community to create positive, systemic, and sustainable change in Ottawa and the surrounding areas.

Why Trust Us

Why you can trust our peer support groups

We know it sounds too good to be true.

But it’s not.

Pay What You Can Peer Support (PWYCPS) began with you in mind. We know what it feels like to struggle with mental health issues. But we also know how wonderful it feels to feel supported, understood, and seen in peer support groups.

So we started our nonprofit PWYCPS to help as many struggling individuals as possible, whether they could afford it or not.

Each moderator on our volunteer staff is a registered and experienced mental health professional. They are in this for the same reason we are - to help you.
