Ena runs this group everyday Tuesday at 7pm ET.

Ena has been a practicing psychotherapist since 1988 and maintains a private practice in Etobicoke. From the onset Ena has been working with adult children from abusive households who are having difficulty letting go of dysfunctional and self-destructive behaviours. After the untimely death of her husband in 2002, Ena immersed herself in bereavement courses to support her through her own grief and eventually incorporate her learnings into her practice. For several years Ena facilitated bereavement sessions at her synagogue and since the pandemic has been reaching individuals by phone. “Time does not heal, but healing takes time and only if you allow the healing to take place.”
