Discussing what is attachment and secure functioning, how we move our self along the attachment, spectrum from attachment insecurity to security, and how our early childhood experiences and relationships shape the strategies that we bring it to our adult relationships

Gillian completed her undergraduate degree in Social Work at York University. Following this she completed her Master’s of Social Work at Wurzweiler School of Social Work in New York City in 2010. Upon completion of her Master’s degree, she gained full-time employment providing vocational support and counselling to individuals with barriers to employment. Following this, she began working with the York Region District School Board providing mental health services to students and families. Following nearly a decade of working in various mental health settings, Gillian began private practice in 2015. Her clinical areas of expertise include trauma (pre and post childhood), relationship and attachment issues, couples counselling, depression, anxiety, and behavioural analysis

Fun Fact: I have two rambunctiousness toddlers. I love cooking, travelling, and exploring nature I watch way too much reality TV and love it!
